12 Clean Fruits And Vegetables That Safe To Eat Non-Organic ~ Nutrition & Wellness Tip

In a previous tip I talked about the 12 most contaminated fruits and vegetables that are best to always buy organic. That means that there are other types of produce that actually absorb very little pesticide and so are safe to buy non-organic. These are onions, avocado, frozen sweet corn, pineapple, mango, asparagus, frozen sweet peas, kiwi fruit, banana, cabbage, broccoli and papaya. In general, if you try to buy your fresh produce from local farms and so live by the seasons, you will be getting healthier food with higher nutrient content but it doesn't always have to be organic.
