Interview With Women Of Kafue Rural, Zambia About Solar Dryers

This interview was conducted to find out the activities during the harvest season of natural or wild vegetables meant for drying. The women explain their activities before and after the introduction of the solar dryers which they will acquire under AREED II program. The video also shows the vegetables harvested which include Okra (delele), blackjack (kanunka), sweet potato leaves (kalembula), pumpkin leaves (chibwabwa), amaranthus leaves (bondwe) and tomatoes. The interviews were conducted in English and two local languages, Tonga and Nyanja.
